Vores vægttabsudfordring er en enkel og sjov konkurrence blandt venner, der har lignende vægttabs mål. Vi er her for at opmuntre og motivere hinanden mens vi smider de ekstra kilo!

Vores udfordringer er designet til at hjælpe dig med at nå dit vægttabsmål ved at forbedre dine kost og livsstilsvalg. Hver uge vil deltagerne veje sig. Vejledere og medhjælpere vil hjælpe dig med at forstå, hvordan du vælger sunde fødevarer og samtidig give dig viden om fordelene ved korrekt ernæring og motion, væsentlige elementer i et effektivt vægttabsprogram.

Ernæring og vægttabsprodukter kan købes men er ikke påkrævet for at deltage i udfordringen.

Deltagernes vægt bliver ikke offentliggjort; Men, du vil kunne se din vægt der vises i diagrammet efterhånden som har fremskridt gennem udfordringen. I slutningen af udfordringen tildeles kontanter til den største taber. Alle vinder!*
