Nuestros desafíos están diseñados para ayudarle a alcanzar objetivos de pérdida de su peso por mejorar sus opciones de dieta y estilo de vida. Pesan los participantes de cada semana. Entrenadores y compañeros nos ayudará a entender cómo elegir alimentos saludables mientras educarle sobre los beneficios de una alimentación adecuada y ejercicio, elementos esenciales de un programa de pérdida de peso eficaz.
Productos de nutricíon y de pérdida de peso están disponibles para comprar pero comprarlos no es un requisito para participar en los retos.
El peso de los participantes es confidencial, solo Ud. podrá ver su peso en el gráfico durante todo el desafío. Al final del reto, hay un premio en efectivo para la persona que más ha bajado. *
